A little about my qualifications: I am an A+ and Net+ Certified technician with a degree in Electronics and I have been working with computers since 1987. I have worked in Instrumentation Electronics as well as PC Board repair. I also have repaired Printers, Fax machines, Scanners and Copiers.

General Handyman Rates
Commercial - $65 Hour
Residential - $45 for 1st Hour, then $25 per hour after that
Painting
I do interior painting primarily. However, I will do exterior doors, porches and decks. From a one room job to the whole interior, I can handle it! Call for a quote.
Prices generally range from $100-$175 a room.

General Repairs
Fixing stuff is one of my specialties. As the son of a top notch mechanic, I guess it's in the blood. Electronics, Computers, Walls, Cabinets, Porches, Doors, Floors and Some Furniture, I can repair it for you. I hang pictures and mirrors. I also install mini-blinds and curtain hardware.
I like to save the customer some money by suggesting an inexpensive way of resolving a problem. Contractors will oftentimes come in and give a high quote with all new materials, when possibly the situation can be resolved in a less expensive and more "creative" way . I'm here to help!

Cooking
One of the things I truly love is to get into the kitchen and create a great meal! I've spent 7 years in the restaurant business working for companies like Steak & Ale and some privately owned restaurants. I'm quite confident in saying that I know my way around the kitchen. Seafood, Steak, Pasta, Asian or Vegetarian. I Love it All!
If you are having a cookout or get together and need a couple of extra hands, I can help. If you have a menu plan and want someone else to do the grunt work, I can manage the affair for you.

Buying these items is one thing. Hooking them up is another! All of those wires and cables . . . what a nightmare! I know. I've been there myself. With an Electronics Degree and many years of hands on hook-up experience, I am prepared to assist you in setting up your Audio & Video equipment.
Charges - $45 First Hour $25 each additional hour it takes. Most installs take 1 to 2 hours.

Basic Website Building
If you sell products or or provide services for others, having a website is essential to getting your business off the ground. I can provide you with a site that will allow you to get your name and products out to anyone on Planet Earth that has a computer!
Having a website is not as expensive as you may think. $75.00 a year covers your domain name and server space. To build your site normally runs less than $500. If you want to sell your product online additonal charges would apply. After your site is built, I can manage your site for you on a "per session" fee of $45/hour. For example, if you want some changes made after your site is up and running, just call or email me with what you want done and I can make it happen. The possibilities are limitless!
